If you attempt to start car like usual, a prompt will appear on instrument cluster saying “Key not detected. Half the time that one of my front doors open with the car running, the car thinks that the key fob is leaving the car and I get an "access key not detected". Issue: The push button start will not work even with the key in the center console. Same thing happening to some with iPhones, too. If you have a second key remote, and you haven’t already done so, check to make sure this works so you can be certain it isn’t a problem with the door lock functionality.
