Founded in 1974 by Shih Kwei-ting, TKK is a Taiwanese chain of fried chicken restaurants that has been around for over 40 years.
On July 20, 1974, TKK opened its first restaurant in Ximending, a neighborhood in the Wanhua District of Taipei, Taiwan.
On November 30, 2018, TKK opened a joint restaurant with Kung Fu Tea in New York City’s Flatiron District to serve its fried chicken menu alongside Kung Fu Tea’s bubble tea selections.
Headquartered in New Taipei City, TKK Fried Chicken has 66 locations in Taiwan and 2 in Shanghai.
Bold, bright, and fun, TKK Fried Chicken is the social spot to make memories with friends and family while munchin’ on tasty food. A “second home” where you can lick your fingers with no shame. A space where you can be you and truly spread your wings.
Since 1974, TKK has always fried up fresh ingredients, mixing the bold flavors of the East with the juicy golden crispy techniques of the West. TKK was born to make comfort food fun. One bite and you’ll say, “Cluck yeah!”
